The original house at Lobo Place needed to expand to accommodate a growing young family. A master suite was added to the east side of the house to take advantage of views to the Sandia’s and create a sheltered south facing outdoor living space. Interior walls were removed to create a large open living space encompassing kitchen and dining. Bright colors, chalkboard and pinup surfaces were introduced to include a young child’s creativity in the living spaces.
